Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable holiday experience - our main policy is to have fun!

• There is a 4 night minimum stay in peak periods

• Full payment will be taken to secure your booking - this will be comprised of the price per night (varies by time of year) and a fixed cleaning fee of £140

• We take a deposit equivalent to one night's stay - to be paid 48 hours before arrival and returned within 48 hours of check out once the house has been checked for damages

• Check in is from 4pm, check out is 10am - we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins / late check-outs wherever possible

• We love and welcome dogs, with prior notice - please do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs for allergy reasons, we would also be grateful if you could check the garden and pick up after them before you leave

• The house sleeps 8 people in beds across the 4 bedrooms (a 5th bedroom is locked with our possessions) - we are happy to accommodate extra children on air beds or in travel cots and can discuss how best to do this so that everyone still gets a good night's sleep

• We would really appreciate you not smoking inside

• Please note that our drains are ancient (as are those in the whole village) and can't cope with anything other than loo roll - including sanitary products, make up wipes or baby wipes so please do use the bins provided for these

• Please be respectful of our neighbours when it comes to noise - they are pretty laid back but loud music outside after 11pm may be irritating

•  There are security cameras fitted to the outside of the house
