The Property
The house is spread over 4 floors – cellar, ground floor, first floor and attic. It retains its period features but has modern amenities such as high speed fibre wifi throughout (300mbs), underfloor heating, a Sonos music system and an electric car charger.
All rooms are decorated to a high standard and have lamps or dimmers for soft lighting. Beautiful furniture and soft furnishings, antiques and artwork. High quality linen and towels in each bedroom and bathroom, plus luxury toiletries.

Kitchen
A Cook's Dream!
A joy to cook and socialise in, the fully equipped kitchen really is the heart of the house. It has an Aga, separate electric ovens, microwave and various appliances (Sage coffee machine, Magimix, Nutribullet, Waffle Maker etc). Enough space for a private chef to cook while you all have a glass of something good too!
Dining can be in a range of places - the kitchen has bar stools for 4, or the kitchen / family room table takes 8. The more formal dining room seats 12, or you can eat outside on the terrace.

Both living areas are lovely in summer, and can be kept wonderfully warm by our wood burners in winter (we'll make sure there are plenty of logs and kindling ready for your arrival).

The garden is an oasis at the back of the house, perfect for unwinding in.
Enjoy al fresco drinks or dining on the terrace, relax in the mature garden, or simply soak in the tranquility of the countryside and listen to the birds. Plenty of homegrown fruit, veg and herbs are available for your use when in season.

The garden is secure for children and dogs.
